Mr. DeBenedetto has over 20 years of business and technology experience solving some of the most complex business challenges. He has led teams and implemented numerous global management and technology solutions for portfolios of multi-billion dollar programs. He has advised and served commercial and federal executives across many industries and leads with an enterprise change management focus to ensure client investments drive the outcomes for which they set out for.

Jen Krempa

Director, Strategy and Business Intelligence

Jennifer Krempa is an accomplished leader with experience driving transformative organizational change through progressive approaches to strategic planning that align business’ work around shared outcomes and create pathways to execution that deliver measurable results. Prior to LeapPoint, Jen served as the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Administration for Penn State’s World Campus and Outreach organizations. In that capacity, she led a four-year organizational excellence transformation to improve cross-functional work management, prioritization, and strategic alignment. She oversaw and matured the project management, PPM, and performance measurement functions.

Patricia heads up Adobe Partner Acceleration Team supporting partners in their development journey in of Adobe Solution Partner Program. She was the Marketo Principal Consultant from 2010 – 2015 and opened the EMEA and ANZ Professional Services Departments for Marketo. Clients included Google, Panasonic, Toyota, News Limited, BNY Mellon, Schneider Electric. She has worked in Marketing for over 15 years for companies like Shimano, Epson, Mammoth Mountain and Ingram Micro.
